About
One name on the door.
Parker PC Pros LLC is a Fairhope IT practice founded and run by Christian Parker. The person who answers the phone is the person who does the work.
The practice
Built small on purpose.
The structure is the product. There is no queue, no handoff, and no incentive to sell you a machine you do not need.
“Good technical help in a small town should not be a matter of luck.”
Parker PC Pros operates out of Fairhope and serves the surrounding communities on Mobile Bay. It is a home-based practice, which keeps overhead low and keeps prices where neighbors can actually reach them — affordability was the reason the business was started, not a slogan added afterward.
Why one technician
Most computer trouble is not difficult. It is just badly explained. A large shop has every reason to route you through a script, escalate to a second technician who has to be told the history again, and quote a replacement because replacements are easier to price. None of those incentives exist here. The same person diagnoses the fault, fixes it, and tells you what happened.
Why on site
A computer behaves differently in your house than on a bench. The Wi-Fi dead spot, the printer that only fails on Sundays, the television nobody can get back to the right input — these are problems about the room, not just the machine. Working where the equipment lives means solving the actual problem instead of the reported one.
What you keep
Your files, your accounts, and your passwords stay yours. Nothing is taken away unless you ask for it to be, and you get a plain account of what was changed before we leave.
