Parker PC Pros LLC provides in-home computer and technology help in and around Fairhope, Alabama. An online visit request is a request only. A visit is set once we confirm it. Prices, scope, and other details are discussed with you before any work begins. Any separate written terms we agree with you for repair work also apply to that work.
Our games are free and for entertainment only. No money, prizes, or wagers are involved. They are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted, error-free play. Saved games may be lost.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Parker PC Pros LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website, the app, or the games. Our total liability for any claim about them is limited to $100. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under Alabama law.
Bay Breeze Mahjong and the Bay Breeze House Card are original works of Parker PC Pros LLC. They are not the National Mah Jongg League card and are not intended for League play. National Mah Jongg League is a trademark of National Mah Jongg League, Inc. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by National Mah Jongg League, Inc.
The text, design, artwork, game code, and House Card on this site and app belong to Parker PC Pros LLC or its licensors. You may use them for personal play and reference. Please don't copy, resell, or republish them without permission. Other names and marks belong to their owners.
Please don't misuse the site or app. That includes: sending false or abusive visit requests, attempting to break or overload our systems or booking form, scraping, or using them for any unlawful purpose.

Links and embeds, such as YouTube and Google Maps, are governed by those services' own terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Baldwin County, Alabama.
We may update these terms. If we do, we will post the new version here with a new effective date. Continuing to use the site or app means you accept the update.
